We do not answer phone calls during business hours, so if you call, please leave a message — or better yet, send us a text, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can to answer any questions.

We love when you drop by the shop, but we can’t guarantee same-day tattoo availability. That said, it’s rare and definitely worth a shot — if we can’t get you in right away, we’ll gladly schedule you for the next available time.

A few gentle reminders:

• Our shop minimum is $100 bucks to get tattood, Nalla’s hourly rate is $200 per hour. We accept almost all forms of payment — Cash, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards.

• The easiest way to communicate regarding your appoinment is email, we will get back to you right away. Feel free to reach out over text thats great too, noting email is the best/easiest way for us to search images and access your communication for your appointment.

• Contacting us on Nalla’s personal instagram or email will not guarantee a responce, please contact the shop directly.

• Please be patient— if you’ve reached out, you’re on our radar and we’ll respond as soon as we can, submitting the form or contacting us does not confirm an appointment until you’ve received a confirmation from the shop.

• All clients must complete the release form in advance of their appointment.
