We do not answer phone calls during business hours, so if you call, please leave a message — or better yet, send us a text, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can to answer any questions.

We love when you drop by the shop, but we can’t guarantee same-day tattoo availability. That said, it’s rare and definitely worth a shot — if we can’t get you in right away, we’ll gladly schedule you for the next available time.

A few gentle reminders:

• We do not return emails outside of business hours.

• If you contact us Sunday evening, you’ll hear back from us when we reopen Wednesday afternoon.

• Please be patient — if you’ve reached out, you’re on our radar and we’ll respond as soon as we can.

• Submitting the form or contacting us does not confirm an appointment until you’ve received a confirmation from the shop.

• All clients must complete the release form in advance of their appointment.
